burping sucess

So as I was complaining about the lack of burps in our household, someone else was creating YouTube videos to help out poor souls like us.  I am VERY glad to say that the "tick tock" method works.  Kevin and I were doing it wrong.  Hard to believe since you just tilt your baby to one side and then the other (and both of us have college degrees, Kevin has his Masters).  We were missing a key ingredient... after the ticking and tocking, you sling the baby over your shoulder and burp her.  We thought the ticking and tocking was the burping.  I got a huge loud burp out of Anika just a few hours ago!  Success!!
